How to record a payment
Once you receive the payment for your invoice, you can record the payment through the following steps:
- Click Sales in the left navigation of your screen.
- Click on Invoice.
- Find the invoice you want to record the payment, and click the dropdown arrow button to the right of that invoice. Select Record Payment from the drop-down menu.
- A window will appear for you to enter the payment details.
- Click SaveĀ when done.
