How to delete your Go365 account

The steps below will delete all records for all businesses which are associated with your account as the owner. Please note: this action cannot be undone. After your account is deleted, you will be able to register again using the same email address.

1. Click Profile in the left navigation of your screen.
2. Click Personal Information
3. Click Close this Go365 Account
4. Click Request OTP
5. Check your registered email for the OTP
6. Enter the OTP and click Validate and close. 
7. You have successfully close your Go365 account

If you enable Multi-factor authentication, follow the steps belows

1. Click Profile in the left navigation of your screen.
2. Click Personal Information
3. Click Close this Go365 Account
4. Enter the OTP and click Validate and close. 
5. You have successfully close your Go365 account
